During the program, the FinLAB instructor uses a combination of techniques to keep attention and help individuals move to action. The training techniques include presenters (avatars designed specifically to give messages which previously proved to be uncomfortable for many presenters), interactive exercises with FinLAB workshop participants, adult learning techniques and an introduction of conceptual material presented in a new and entertaining way.
