AVATAR EVONNE:   Do you have your envelope addressed? Place your letter in the envelope and seal it – and while doing so, see your young self receiving it, surprised to find the letter in the mail.  As you seal your letter, smile and know that whatever you said will help your young self see that you believe in them, see them taking action, getting beyond the fear or any barrier they preceive is in their way.  Later our presenter will give them some small steps they could use and there are other materials in the envelope that will remind them of those steps.
 
NOW Please put your letter in plain sight in front of you.   After we return to the past it will be mailed. 

I wish to express my gratitude, it has been a pleasure serving you. You are an amazing, wise person who has lived a incredibly big, wonderful wealth strong Epic life.  You could write a book about all you have experienced.  Hey, maybe you will, you are still young.
