Exit Bridge
OLD Evonne: Hey Joan, do you have an example to read?
Joan: Here is one: Thank you for being brave. Thank you for taking a look at reality – taking a look at both cash flow as well as debt. Even when the story wasn’t ideal – when there weren’t a lot of resources to use and to save--you took a proactive approach to having immediate needs met AND to putting away something toward a comfortable future. You could’ve had a more expensive car (a convertible!)but you decided to drive something less costly, so that you could invest for my future. Thank you!
You were concerned about my having a place to live in the future. You sacrificed so that I would have my needs met – in housing and food and clothes. You wanted to leave a legacy so you took steps to ensure that the family property could be passed down to your boys – so that they could retain a part of the history you cherished.
Old Evonne: Great, Hey Matt, do you have one too:
Matt: DARN EVONNE, I BROKE MY GLASSES OR I WOULD LOVE TO SHARE:
Old Evonne: Oh, yea, I forgot. That Ok, well let’s get going with our exercise. Evonne?
